We decided to make a small batch of knives in accordance with the customer's wishes, which are of a very useful size and of course please us as well. T um ä Petty is ter than in length, sec ä ter than in height. Like a miniature Gyuto.

Knife ä is a Shirogami2 carbon fiber to eat ä manufactured ter ä, which is hardened to approx. 63 HRC hardness (see Rockwell scale). Ter ace ä is Kurouchi/Nashiji, i.e. sep black surface preening. The blade was forged by Mutsumi Hinoura, who despite his young age is already quite a respected blacksmith.

The handle of the knife is made of Juglans X Paradox, i.e. Black Päkinäpuu, and it is octagonal. T ast I don't like artisan knives much we will get better. Strong recommendation while it lasts!
