Masutani Kokuryu Nakiri VG10 165mm - Japanese Kitchen Knife
The VG10 Kokuryu Nakiri is a knife with so much goodness price-quality ratio or not branches off. The Nakiri with a stainless Takefun VG10 blade with a fresh blue handle, and the higher blade of the Hiukka. The blade has Suminagashi (Damascus) lamination and Tsuchime (decorative hammered) finishing.
The paste is made well and very thin with the knife. This allows the knife to perform better than more expensive knives. Nakiri is one of the oldest knife models in Japanese homes, but it is also used by several professionals.
