OUL Aogamisuper Wa-Sujihiki 240mm - Japanese kitchen knife
Sujihiki Aogamisuper with carbon steel, and beautiful stainless Kurouchi Tsuchime lamination. The knife has an 8-cornered traditional handle made of Ho wood (Magnolia) and the front handle is buffalo horn.
The 240mm long Sujihiki is suitable for most people, and with it you can get nicely sliced ripe or raw protein. Sujihiki is used a lot in professional kitchens, but we think it is an absolute addition to the home kitchen or summer grilling sessions.
