Sakai 180mm Suminagashi Santoku Kitchen Knife
This Santoku has a VG10-Gold stainless steel blade with a high carbon content and also added Cobalt. The blade has a wonderful Suminagashi (Damascus) pattern on both sides, as well as a stylish hammer pattern (Tschuchime) that helps the raw materials come off.
The handle is riveted (Yo) and made of very moisture-resistant Pakka wood.
