Asagiri Kiritsuke Santoku 180mm - Japanese Kitchen Knife

Asagiri Kiritsuke Santoku is made with Shirogami2 carbon fiber to eat ä, where the lamination is Ter however, the ace is made of stainless steel. This makes the knife more worry-free than knives made entirely of carbon steel. The blade is specially chamfered I am skillfully convex with faceting and is thin behind the blade. Knife is really nice av ä k used eh eh. We think this is one of the best knives with a blade shape that resembles a Nakiri but still has a slightly sharp tip.
