Tadafusa 240 Aogami 2 Nashiji Gyuto

Blade is forged of Aogami 2 carbon-steel, with stainless cladding (Nashiji) on the sides for easy maintenance. The blade is made with very nice tapering, and gradually thins towards the tip. Because of the forged wide bevel, thinning this knife is also a breeze.
